Contact research and permission to send advertising are separate questions. Publicly listed business addresses, personalisation and your campaign approval do not replace required recipient consent. Before sending, establish permission under the rules of the target market: generally prior consent or a statutory exception whose conditions are fully met. An existing customer relationship alone is not enough. Source records, approvals, unsubscribe links in outreach emails and suppression lists support the process; they do not certify that a campaign is lawful. This is not legal advice.

Hosting and database are in the EU (Railway, EU-West). Individual processors — AI processing, for example — handle data in the USA under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The full list is in our privacy policy.

By default nothing is sent from your main domain, but via separate, warmed-up sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC — weekdays 06–17h at a human pace. Warmup, send windows and monitoring reduce deliverability and reputation risk; no particular delivery rate or domain outcome can be guaranteed.

From public sources — currently Google Maps for company search, enriched with research on the company website. Companies are deduplicated and email addresses checked before anything is prepared for sending.
